is the shed still there

ricks_RR

The cars are long gone . I can only hope that there still around and the shed is still there but it doesn't look like that anymore . After the house was sold they connected the shed to the house and made an addition .

If you like that picture from back in the day then you should like this one . These are what we called the big three . At one point in time , one if not all three were what was known as the king of the hill and no body could beat us . The Charger was mine and there all big block's .

Yah , We ended up taking that off as well as the spoiler that was on the trunk when we put the glass trunk lid on it . It's funny , Every weekend we would both work on each others cars just to make them go faster and faster . You should have heard that Runner idle . It would almost shake the ground around it . But when you were racing in it , it would be smooth and firm . Were as , my Charger would throw you all over the place between gears . You couldn't lift your head forward when I was going threw the gears . Never mind if I was using the bottle that was in the trunk . AH , The good ole days . lol

I'm liking that chin spoiler! Reminds me of an AAR Cuda piece!

I'm the one that built it, i owned it before my brother. I actually live up the street from you in Norton. I love the Dart, seen it in the garage with the for sale sign on it a few weeks ago when I drove by. I loved that ramcharger, still do.

The Dart was sold way back when in favor of a big block 66 Belvedere and then bought back but was in really bad shape by then and I can't remember weather he sold it again or ended up junking it . The Runner was sold sometime in the 90's and I found it again years later but the new owner definitely wasn't taking care of it . There were foot prints on the hood and it looked like he had never ever washed it . It even still had the tape marks still on the back window were the for sale sign had been . I kept the Charger up to about six or so years ago and then I sold it to a guy that said that , that was his dream car and that it was in very good hands and that he would "never" sell it . I found it up for sale a few years ago but I didn't have the money to buy it back . That killed me ! I found out later from someone who said he had talked to his friend about it and asked him why he was selling the Charger . He told this person that the car had scared the crap out of him more then a few times and no matter how he tried to detune the car to make it slower , it just kept getting away from him .

Wasn't you building a green cuda or Challenger a while back ? .... Hopefully the Ramcharger will be 100 % done by next fall "Finally" . Thanks for the compliment on the Dart . Everyone is telling me that it came a really good . I will miss it after I sell it but I'm itchy to get the Warlock on the road . I really miss having a big block .
