I had a 318 in a 73 Challenger. It was good in terms of reliability, but definitely no power house.

It was fun chugging up hills with it's studded snows though in the snow, seeing anew Mustangs spun out on the sides if the road.

Yes, a 318 would just be to get the car moving. Then something a little larger...

All my Mopars have 318s. I haven't driven either Coronet all that much, but the Dart moves just fine with its 318. Granted, its a lot lighter than one of these B Bodies or either of my Coronets, though.
