Pictures of my new Ride

Postby Dgc333 » Sun Feb 01, 2015 9:32 pm

I know some of you aren't impressed with a Ford product but I am really digging this new Mustang. I have already tuned it to the tune of 360HP / 390 ft-lbs and it is still getting 28-29 mpg if I keep my foot out of it. I love turbo 4's.

The wheels aren't the factory wheels, that's my winter wheel setup. The factory wheels are all black 19's with 255/40 summer tires.

If you like it, that's all that matters.

How's it go in the snow?

With the snow tires and the snow mode in the traction/stability control as good as a FWD vehicle.

I like it. Fun to drive I bet. One of the guys who works for me has a 11 Stang runs in the 11's @119 with a tune and exhaust on drag radials.. Beast.

I just think it is unattractive, but that doesn't matter because I didn't buy it and I'm not driving it.

I'm glad you're happy with it - that's all that matters.

Kind of an interesting color it seems, like an orange with some extra bright red mixed in...

I`m a closet Ford / Mustang lover but the new one is too rounded at the front and roof and reminds me too much of a Toyota or something. Probably a fun ride though, I loved my brand new`83 GT 5.0 / 5 spd!

The roof is one of the things I think is very cool, it's got that double hump thing going like the Viper. The rear quarters flare out from the roof line giving the car a very aggressive look from the rear. I like the headlights much better than the past few years where they took a headlight pocket that was designed for a reflector light and stuck a HID projector in there.

The most amazing thing about the technology today is my car has an engine that is less than 1/2 the displacement of your 83 5.0 and has twice the HP and nearly twice the torque and is still capable of 30+ mpg.
