That 400 might be the matching numbers engine which would be cool to keep with it.

Some news on the engine rebuild.

The bored .40 over , 383 hp block has come back from honing and tanking.

Pictures are fun.
The block also has the freeze plugs installed and is primed black ready for engine paint.

Some pictures for fun. Some more work has been done to the engine, slight delay with the bad weather and such. Should be done by the end of the month.

lol , Oh believe me I know what your feeling . Been there plenty of times . Lately I've been sitting there watching Street Outlaws or one of my other shows and I keep thinking about what I want to do to my Warlock and how it's going to feel when I finally bring it out . I also remember one of the times I was in the hospital recently and laying in the MRI machine and what got me threw it was redesigning my entire fuel system for it . lol ....... Just be patient , Your time will come and before long it will be a nice sunny and warm day and you'll be turning that key to take your pride and joy out for it's first cruise . I can see the smile already and I'm way down here in Taunton . lol

I laughed when I read the part about re-designing your fuel system in your head. Thank god for shows like Street Outlaws and forums like this. Over the winter there is not much of an outlet for the muscle car bug. Especially when your car is in pieces being worked on by someone else.

I walked by someones car the other day and smelt the exhaust and it had that unique gas/oil smell from my Roadrunner. Instantly got the itch to DRIVE!

The running joke with the wife is that I am "working out" my gas pedal foot, getting it ready! ahah

 Once a gear head always a gear head , I guess . It got me threw that darn MRI . I'm into a lot of the automotive TV shows but that one happens to be one of my favorites . Probably because that's kinnda how I started out . I've know that right foot exercise . But don't forget your left foot for the brake , for your launch's off the light . lol If that fuel smell got you going then here's a picture of a lil 383 action from waaaay back when that should really get you going .
