What're your summer Mo-plans?

Postby Sneke_Eyez » Wed Apr 26, 2017 10:08 am

Pretty simple - what are your summer Mopar plans and projects?

We're right about at that point where it is firmly spring and about time to get the cars ready to rock and roll.

I'm going to be paying someone to re-do the exhaust on the wagon to route it so it doesn't come out under the rear window and I'm changing the front bench seat for Chrysler 300M buckets.

Oh, and I'll be looking for a G3 Hemi for the car as well.

I'll be going to Carlisle as usual. Hopefully I can get the Daytona running by then but I doubt it. That's my big goal this year, to get the Daytona running and some miles on it.

Art`s cruise/ rick`s party and Carlisle again. I might try again to have a party at my house later in the year and I`m still hoping Mopar Day at NED will come back to life. Thee is Also Mopars at Lebanon Valley that was a nice event when I made it a few years back.

Got married in May, went on my honeymoon in June.

Going to take the wagon to the Cars of Summer show in Worcester on Saturday or Sunday depending on the weather.

Going to Carlisle in 3 weeks, thinking about taking the wagon!
Gotta try to prep a bit for that if I do take it - I'd like to get my 300m front seats in it if I do make it as they will make the journey more comfortable than the worn out bench.

Good stuff, Ryan!

I decided to skip Carlisle. Doing loads of travel for work, and some weekend getaways with the fam.

It just didn't feel right to take a weekend away from my wife and kids, seeing that none of them are interested in going to Carlisle.

Awesome, Rick!
Hope to see you there!
If you walk by the FWD 300Ms, I'll be with the Chrysler 300M Club!

Thanks, Dave!
I understand - all about priorities.

My wife comes with me to Carlisle.
She knows that the list of reasons why I would miss the trip is very small, and she actually enjoys hanging out with my Carlisle friends, so it works well for me.
